强化养殖业生产安全和公共卫生安全
新版《动物检疫管理办法》和《动物防疫条件审查办法》自2022年12月1日起施行。
新版《动物检疫管理办法》明确农业农村主管部门负责动物检疫监督管理，动物疫病预防控制机构提供有关技术支撑，对受理输入无疫区的动物、动物产品检疫申报的机构作出调整，明确兽医的资格条件、任命程序、培训和考核要求等。
新版《动物防疫条件审查办法》规定，动物饲养场、隔离场所、屠宰加工场所、无害化处理场所等四类场所应当配备与其生产经营规模相适应的执业兽医或动物防疫技术人员，患有人畜共患传染病的人员不得在场所内直接从事相关活动。

Introduction to CAHE

With the theme of "green and environmental protection" and the highlight of "science, technology and intelligence", this year's Livestock Expo will gather a number of activities in the "forum of Livestock Expo" at the same time.
